My sister is newly in a wheelchair after suffering a series of mini strokes. She was scheduled a series of tests through the week. She needed a wheelchair van. We contacted Denver NEMT Ambulette. Ray was able schedule us easily. Each time he arrived exactly as scheduled and we arrived at each appointment 15 -20 minutes early, which we requested.
Ray is friendly and funny and extremely competent. I went with my sister to all of her appointments, Ray made it so easy. He was able to offer her footrests for her wheelchair.
Next time we need a van, we'll definitely call Denver NEMT Ambulette. I highly recommend Ray.
At one point one of the tests took longer than expected, Ray was able to work around the time change. We needed to wait for a time while he was helping another client, but he kept in touch and arrived within his estimated time. Thank you Ray!!

Staff maintains advanced training biannually and utilize Zoll EMV+ 731 ventilators. PPE is mandatory at all times of transport.
