Inspired by the Hospitaller tradition of caring for people in need and by the example of Saint Charbel, our mission is to serve every passenger with dignity, patience, respect, and compassion. We provide wheelchair-accessible and non-emergency medical transportation for seniors, people with disabilities, patients, families, and healthcare facilities across Colorado — including hospital discharge rides, dialysis transportation, chemotherapy transportation, and airport transport to DIA and DEN. Every ride has a purpose — a medical appointment, hospital discharge, dialysis treatment, airport trip, facility transfer, or helping someone remain mobile and independent.

How We Started
Senior/Wheelchair Medical Transportation grew out of a simple frustration: too many patients were missing dialysis appointments, specialist visits, and follow-up care because reliable accessible transportation wasn't available when they needed it.
We built this company to fill that gap — starting in the Denver Metro area and expanding south along I-25 through Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Trinidad. Today we're one of the few NEMT providers in Colorado that covers the full corridor, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We also serve Peña Station light rail connections — picking up A-Line passengers who need wheelchair or medical transport to their final destination.
